Overview
The BloodyOath Podcast is a unique Warhammer 40,000 Podcast series that takes a Big Picture approach to wargaming. Instead of discussing new releases, which units are OP, which are undercosted and what lists and combinations are powerful, we take a more holistic approach and discuss topics that transcend units, factions and even editions.
Have you ever wondered why the top players seem to get good results regardless of what faction they play?
Have you ever wondered why every time there is an edition or rules change those same top players remain at the top?
Have you ever wondered why no matter what net list you run you still struggle to go toe to toe with these top players?
Well our goal on The BloodyOath Podcast is to discuss the fundamental traits and attributes of these top players, what makes them different and how can that be achieved by everyone else?
Topics like,
•How do they go about writing a list? what is the thought process?
•How do they manage priorities in a game? How to they identify and then prioritize threats while still focusing on objectives?
•Do they use Math hammer to make decisions or use instincts and why?
•What training process do they use? do they have coaches and if so what do they want from a good coach?
•What psychological tricks do they employ? How do they psych out their opponent and prevent themselves from being psyched out?.
